 Data can be single or double keyed. For the latter – key verification - each form is keyed by two different operators and the system then compares the two and highlights any differences for checking and correction. This ensures very high accuracy and is generally used for high value data.

Our data entry system can be linked to databases or client’s host systems for auto-population or validation of data. Often we combine data entry with document scanning and indexing. Hence documents can be keyed then scanned and the keyed data used to index the subsequent images - a very powerful tool for all sorts of applications. 

In keeping with our PCI DSS certification we offer the highest standards of security for all data; not just that related to manual credit card transactions. So whether your requirement relates to financial data or confidential personal details such as medical records, you can be assured it will remain confidential including automatic encryption if required.

Our charges vary according to turnaround and quality of data to be keyed; but whatever the unit price i.e. the price per 1,000 keystrokes, you only pay for work keyed. If you were to do the same work in-house you would have to pay for break periods, holidays, sickness and training time, when the time of another member of your staff is also involved.
